The staff here are incredibly nice, super friendly, and always quick to help out.

It's ideal and clean hotel, has easy and ideal location to metro for travelling into the city centre...

Everything was excellent, including superbly friendly and amiable staff. Hopefully the room was well-appointed with fridge. Location: the hotel was really close to factories and all the attractions are. It also was on trains which we where decieved into.

Modern and cozy rooms with a personal safe, AC, and key card entry. Beds are super comfy and breakfast options are on point! 🌟.

Even thought I asked for a non smoking room, I believe it was a smoking floor. The smell on the corridor was awful. Even when we entered the room the smell was very bad. Every time I exited the room I had to old my breath while passing the curridor.

you have to pay 1 euro for a travel toothbrush and toothpaste that were expired and bad. The breakfast wasn't fantastic...

Excellent staff, good services, and easy location just next door to NH Leganes. Ideal, large room with fridge, an extra bed. Lots of satisfactory breakfast options. Private parking on-site provided. Good stay, as always.

Very good place to stay for couples days in Madrid . We (mature couple) booked this hotel for 4 nights during our holiday. Very friendly stuff, big clean rooms and bathrooms,free parking. We got a quiet room (as booked) equipped with TV , clima and phone. WiFi for free. I can recommend this place to everybody and would definitely stay there again. Last but not least - the price was also excellent (40 € in August).

Perhaps yiu must improuve the breakfast.

We were in Madrid to do a procedure at the embassy and my fiancé and I wanted to spend a special night, to make the reservation page chose 3 beds automatically and when I realized I asked via mail to change to a double bed and I replied that it was not possible without putting name of who answered, I asked once again take us into account for a matri bed and no longer answered, to arrive at the hotel we were not welcomed, during the check in Minerva was a little indiscreet to mention that my fiancé had been in another NH in Sevilla, the check in was slow because I was showing another girl I asked Minerva if it was possible to have another room and she said no that 126 had a better location, so we had to sleep in separate beds, the male receptionist who helped us check out treated us super well and was very helpful

A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Well-appointed and modern units with an extra bed, fridge. Perfect location short walk to all the attractions, the nearest metro station, and trains.

Hotel reception are nice, easy English communication. They were very helpful when I need.

Accessibility with public transportation is not good. There is only one bus #481 comes close to the hotel, which has stop at 10 mins walking distance from the hotel.

Breakfast very poor, for a 3* hotel, I had better in many Hostels... Poor value for money at this point.

The place was tidy and the staff was really awesome. It was convenient being close to the trains, although it was a bit unexpected for us. 🚂.
